Our Programs
Infant Room (6 weeks - 18 months)

Our infant program is thoughtfully designed to support each child's earliest growth and development and is aligned with the Rhode Island Early Learning Development Standards and the Creative Curriculum for infants. These frameworks guide how teachers create nurturing, responsive environments that support learning from birth.
During infancy, learning happens through relationships, routines, and sensory exploration. Teachers focus on building strong, secure attachments by responding consistently to each child's cues, needs and interests. These relationships form the foundation for all future learning.
Using the Creative Curriculum, teachers support development across all areas, including social-emotional, early communication, physical development, and cognitive skills. Infants are encouraged to explore their environment through movement, touch, sounds, and visual experiences, both indoors and out.
Daily routines such as feeding, diapering, and napping are used as meaningful learning opportunities. Teachers talk, sing, read, and interact with infants throughout the day, supporting early language development and helping infants feel safe, comforted, and confident.
Ongoing observations and documentation ensure each infants' care and learning experiences are individualized to meet their developmental needs and family preferences. This intentional, standard-aligned approach provides a loving, supportive foundations for lifelong learning.

Strong positive realtionships are the heart of our toddler program . Teachers create a safe, nurturing eviroment where children feel secure, confident, and supported as they explore, communicate and gain independence. Ongoing observation and documentation help ensure each child's growth is supported at their own pace.
