Our Programs
Infant Room (6 weeks - 18 months)
HCC values the importance of the early years of your child's life and development. Our Infant classroom provides a safe environment to nurture your child and meet all of their needs. We base our curriculum on Rhode Island Early Learning and Development Standards (RIELDS) and support it using the creative curriculum to help your child reach his or her goals such as rolling over, crawling, walking, waving hello, and learning baby sign language. Our teachers listen and communicate with the parents so each childs' needs are met. We base each childs' schedule on their daily needs. To help promote development we provide purposeful play through sensory activities, fine and gross motor play, story time, outdoor play, music and movement, and sign language.
